Loop Solutions grew out of a simple observation.

After more than two decades working in sustainability, operations and program leadership at the University of Colorado Boulder, Marianne Martin saw a consistent pattern. Leaders had strong vision, dedicated teams, and ambitious goals but they often lacked the operational systems needed to carry those ideas forward effectively.

Strategic plans were written, initiatives were launched, and funding was secured, yet teams struggled with the practical work of implementation: building workplans, aligning budgets and staffing, coordinating partnerships, and developing reporting systems that support accountability and learning.

Marianne’s career has focused on exactly that work. She translates vision into operational structures that allow organizations to function effectively and sustain impact. Her experience spans financial management, program development, team leadership, sustainability initiatives, and complex institutional collaboration.

Loop Solutions was created to bring operational leadership to organizations that need additional capacity to move from strategy into action. Loop Solutions focuses on helping small and mid-sized mission-driven teams strengthen their internal systems so good ideas can become durable programs and have real outcomes.

Loop Solutions partners with nonprofits, academic institutions, sustainability initiatives, and collaborative partnerships to build the operational infrastructure that allows strategy to succeed.
